The time sheets can be used both to pay employees and to bill clients for employee’s time.
Go to Employees
Enter Time
Use weekly timesheet
Or
Time/single activity
Enter Employee Name
Enter Customer to be billed
Enter appropriate service item
Enter any memo in Notes filed
Enter Hours worked in the appropriate date filed
Check the billable box if you want to bill this client for these hours

The IRS is considering loosening the rules that tax personal use of employer provided cell phones. Workers must now document the business purpose, time and place of calls. Lawmakers say cell phone usage should be on par with that of company desk phones and email, which need not be tracked.
