QuickBooks: Payroll

You must update your QuickBooks Payroll periodically to make sure you are using the most current Federal and State withholding rates.

      Go to:
        Employees
          Get Payroll Updates
            Update

Tax: New York State LLC

If you are a NYS LLC treated as a disregarded entity you must file Form IT-204-LL and pay the fee.  NYS is no longer mailing the form.  Go to www.nystax.gov to print the form and instructions. The due date for most filers is January 30.
